致 親愛的吾穀茶糧九份食茶館茶友們：
十幾年來，我們的現烤鬆餅陪伴了許多人，度過在九份山城的美好午後。每一次香氣四溢的出爐，都是我們堅持手工、現烤現做的心意。
然而，一份美味的鬆餅需要 15 至 30 分鐘的耐心等待。在用餐的尖峰時刻，門市需要同時兼顧餐點製作、接待入座與環境整理，有時甚至會讓顧客等候超過一個小時。我們發現，這份對「現做」的堅持，加上目前服務人力的有限，反而容易讓遠道而來的顧客因久候而心急，甚至引發不必要的誤會與不愉快，這不僅讓現場氣氛緊繃，也完全失去了讓大家悠閒品茶的初衷。團隊內部經過漫長且不捨的討論，最終做出了艱難的決定：
即日起，本茶館將「暫停供應鬆餅」。

雖然放下了十幾年的經典，但我們對手作溫度的堅持並未改變。未來，我們將把心力專注於其他手工甜點的製作，持續為大家供應備受喜愛的巴斯克乳酪蛋糕、日本靜岡抹茶提拉米蘇、檸檬磅蛋糕等更多美味甜點。
期盼這些用心製作的甜點，搭配純粹的客家擂茶與雅致的窨香烏龍，能繼續為您創造更多美好的品茶時光。

To our dear friends and tea lovers of SIIDCHA Jiufen Teahouse:
For over a decade, our freshly baked waffles have accompanied many of you through beautiful afternoons here in the mountain town of Jiufen. Every aromatic serving fresh from the oven has been a reflection of our dedication to handcrafted, made-to-order warmth.
However, a delicious waffle requires 15 to 30 minutes of patient waiting. During peak dining hours, as our team must simultaneously manage meal preparation, seating guests, and maintaining the environment, wait times can sometimes exceed an hour. We realized that our insistence on "made-to-order," combined with current staffing limitations, often causes our guests who have traveled from afar to become anxious. This has occasionally led to unnecessary misunderstandings and unpleasantness, which not only creates a tense atmosphere but completely defeats our original intention of providing a relaxing tea-drinking experience. After long and reluctant discussions within our team, we have reached a difficult decision:
Effective immediately, our teahouse will be suspending the service of waffles.
We hope these carefully prepared desserts, paired with our authentic Hakka Lei Cha and elegant Scented Oolong tea, will continue to wonderful tea moments for you.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are deeply grateful for your continuous understanding and support.
